Here’s a building that’s on fire, with several pending deals.

A sprawling Upper West Side apartment at 110 Riverside Drive owned by the late, legendary Jack Rollins — Woody Allen’s producer — was the subject of an eight-person bidding war and is now in contract for “significantly higher” than its $3.2 million asking price.

Rollins, who managed every major talent of a certain era, from Mike Nichols and Elaine May to Dick Cavett and David Letterman to Joan Rivers and more, died in 2015 at age 100.

The apartment, on the ninth floor, is across from Riverside Park and comes with views of the Hudson River. The three-bedroom unit is 2,415 square feet and features prewar details like oversize windows and beamed ceilings.

Neighbors include Jerry Stiller and Nobel Prize winning economist Paul Krugman.

Meanwhile, another neighbor, Ruth Abram, a historian and social activist who co-founded the Lower East Side’s popular Tenement Museum, is also in contract to sell her apartment after it was on the market for a mere 29 days.

Her three-bedroom, three-bathroom pad on the 11th floor was asking $4.25 million. It, too, comes with Hudson River views — and a windowed kitchen. Finally, for anyone who feels like they missed out, there is a third unit in the building that is still on the market.

It is owned by Dr. Evan Goldstein and his fashion designer husband Andrew Yu, who live in the four-bedroom unit with their twin boys, Phoenix and Sebastian.

Goldstein is the founder and CEO of Bespoke Surgical, which calls itself the first company to specialize in gay men’s sexual health and wellness.

The palatial pad, asking $5.4 million, has been on the market for 42 days. The listing broker for all three units is Julie Gans, of Triplemint.
