Finally!

It first went on the market for $25 million back in 2009, but this week, we can exclusively report Robert and Cortney Novogratz’s infamous 400 West St. townhouse has finally sold — following multiple price slashes and broker swaps.

An overseas buyer closed on the home — last asking $15.95 million — for $14.5 million.

The listing broker who, at long last, got the deal done was Town Residential’s Steven Gold.

The Novogratzes bought the 1,935-square-foot space for $4.3 million in 2007, and transformed it into a 22.75-foot-wide, 7,180-square-foot home (with about 1,900 square feet of outdoor space) with an indoor basketball court, screening room and an elevator.

Outside, there’s a terrace with a teakwood hot tub, a TV and pretty much every other feature under the sun: a woodburning fireplace, pizza oven, gas barbecue, wine cooler and beer tap.

There’s even a private garage with a mural by artist Richard Woods.

Over the years, they had some celebrity renters, like Heidi Klum, but no one bit when it came to buying … until now.
