We hear that a new ground-up luxury building at 952 Columbus Ave. on the Upper West Side is about to list its $2.75 million, three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse.
It’s a floor-through apartment on the seventh (and topmost) floor, with Central Park views and a wraparound terrace.
The 15-unit condo at 107th Street — dubbed Ivy Park, it sits on land bought from a church that will have ground-floor space when the building is finished — is slated for completion in February.
Two-bedroom, two-bathroom units start at $1.59 million, while three-bedroom, two-bathroom units are priced from $1.79 million.
The listing broker is Evan Shaffer, of Douglas Elliman.
