The CEO of Group Nine Media (which includes sites like Thrillist and the Dodo) has re-listed his loft at 101 Wooster St. for $5.99 million.

It comes as part of a broker switch and a price chop; the Soho home, owned by Benjamin Lerer— son of Huffington Post co-founder Ken Lerer — and his wife Emily, first asked $7.39 million last year. The second-floor unit was formerly owned by Whoopi Goldberg, who sold it to the Lerers for $3.07 million in 2010 using her birth name, Caryn Johnson, according to city property records.

The sprawling, 3,600-square-foot perch features 12-foot-plus ceilings, three bedrooms and a large media room. The unit opens to a foyer with chevron-patterned black-and-white marble floors that lead to the living room.

There’s also an industrial chef’s kitchen with an eat-in counter and an open dining area. Design details include oak floors throughout, antique doors and original columns. The unit has also been pre-wired for sound and features central air. It also comes with two storage bins and a hefty $5,255-a-month maintenance fee. The seven-story building houses nine residences.

Building amenities feature a common roof deck.

The listing broker is Warburg’s Sheila Trichter.
