An interested buyer might call it love at first swipe.
Tinder co-founder and CEO Sean Rad has listed his Los Angeles penthouse for $8.99 million — less than a year after buying it for $7.5 million, reports say.
Rad — who was nearly pushed out of Tinder in 2014 over the mishandling of a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by former company exec Whitney Wolfe — reportedly bought this 5,283-square-foot spread just a few months after being reinstated as CEO in August 2015.
Located along the condo-filled Wilshire Corridor at 10776 Wilshire Blvd., his three-bedroom, five-bathroom pad comes renovated.
Its features include 13-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom Poggenpohl cabinetry in the chef’s kitchen and formal living and dining areas.
Additional touches include a private balcony, terrace spaces and a study.
Rad reportedly is giving up this condo for a house located above the Sunset Strip that he nabbed for $7.65 million. And, in an unexpected move, it comes at a bit of a downsize. The slightly smaller 5,085-square-foot home has 14-foot-high gates, a back yard with a terrace and fire pit, and a renovated pool and spa. Inside, it has formal living and dining rooms, built-in shelving in the family room and a wet bar.
Brendan Fitzpatrick of the Agency is repping Rad’s penthouse listing.
