This mansion finally drummed up enough buzz to score a buyer.
Tommy Lee’s “spectacular hillside” Calabasas home finally sold for $3.6 million on Friday after the Motley Crue drummer’s best efforts at offloading the property for years.
But the closing price didn’t even turn a profit for Lee, who purchased the home in 2007 for $5.85 million.
“The new owner intends to bring the full potential of this property to modern-day highlights with unparalleled bespoke mastery,” real estate agent Emily Hartoonian told The Post.
The nearly 10,000-square-foot hideaway is a six-bed, eight-bath luxury, complete with an expansive city view, “a spacious chef’s kitchen,” a pool and even a professional recording studio, fit for “imagination, creativity and inspiration,” according to the listing.
Lee, the ex-husband of model and actress Pamela Anderson, attempted to sell in 2016 for nearly $6 million and has removed and re-listed the property on the market numerous times since.
In October, the listing asked for $4.59 million.

In a TikTok posted in October last year, Furlan, 36, revealed her “suspicion” about the dwelling’s potentially permanent, ghostly resident.

“She will not f–k with that room, even if I go in there. She will not. She will not go in there,” Furlan said in the video. The clip showed her pooch happily fetching a ball in one hallway of the house but it refuses to step foot – or, rather, paw – into the “room with the spirit.”
While the listing makes no mention of the alleged specter, the three-story compound does boast an atrium with a retractable roof, as well as stainless steel appliances, an entertainment room and a wealth of natural light.
The property also includes a garage for four vehicles, a wine-tasting area and even a home theater with a concession bar.
