Top architect and interior designer Russell Groves, who has worked for Peter Marino and Richard Meier and whose clients include Giorgio Armani, Donna Karan and Barneys New York, is putting his Chelsea co-op on the market for $3.1 million.

The cozy two-bedroom unit, located at London Towne House and previously showcased in Architectural Digest, has been gut renovated.

It features poured concrete floors, and an entrance gallery and a library that separate the public entertaining spaces from the bedrooms. The master suite boasts a windowed spa-like bathroom with a deep soaking tub.

Building amenities include a landscaped roof deck, bike storage and on-site parking. The listing brokers are Ali Ebrahimi and Leonard Steinberg of Compass. Groves also put his East Hampton home at 50 Montauk Ave. on the market last fall for $1.85 million.

That 1,800-square-foot, ranch-style home has also been completely renovated. It features three bedrooms and a pool adjacent to a nature preserve that helps retain the home’s “retreat” feel.

Its listing brokers are Brown Harris Stevens’ Jessica J. von Hagn and Kimberly Kakerbeck.
