Douglas Elliman star broker John Gomes and fashion designer Raul Melgoza are renting out their plush pad at 150 Charles St. in the West Village, where rocker Jon Bon Jovi lives with his family and Ryan Seacrest used to live until he got the gig to be Kelly Ripa’s co-host and moved uptown to be closer to her (and the ABC studio).
“I love this apartment and hate to leave, but we are growing our family and need more space,” Gomes tells Gimme Shelter of the home — which he is renting for $17,500 per month.

(“Her work is sublime,” Gomes says.)
It comes with 11-foot ceilings, custom drapes and blinds, built-out closets and Hudson River views.
Building amenities include a 75-foot lap pool, a gym with a sauna and steam rooms, yoga and exercise studios, a children’s playroom and a 33,000-square-foot landscaped “greenspace.”
Gomes and Melgoza are moving to 11 Beach St. in Tribeca, which they bought for $4.8 million last year.
The listing brokers are Gomes himself (natch) and partner Fredrik Eklund, star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York.”
