Interior designer Steven Gambrel has sold his West Village townhouse at 68 Morton St. for $7.77 million, according to city records filed Tuesday.

The 3,455-square-foot spread, which Gambrel bought for $3.85 million in 2011, first went on the market in 2018 for $8.99 million, as Gimme Shelter reported.

The Greek revival-style brick property is 25 feet wide.

It comes with three bedrooms, four floors of living space and five woodburning fireplaces.

The buyer is listed as Dark Bay Hollow LLC.
