Former top male model Alex Lundqvist is now a Douglas Elliman broker leading sales at Maverick, a “health- and wellness-focused” new construction residential building in Chelsea, with fellow Swede Fredrik Eklund, the reality star, and John Gomes.

Sales at the 87-unit building begins this month, and the building boasts amenities including a 60-foot saltwater pool, a meditation room with a backlit Himalayan salt wall, a steam room, sauna, gym and 1,900 square feet of outdoor space with a kitchen.
