He’ll fit right in! Deep-pocketed entrepreneur J. Christopher Burch, the ex-husband of fashion designer Tory Burch, is moving to West 57th Street’s billionaire’s row.

The founder and CEO of Burch Creative Capital, with offices in New York and Shanghai, is renting a two-bedroom apartment at 157 W. 57th St. — the city’s first super-tall Midtown megatower to be finished.

The apartment, with stunning views of Central Park, was asking $30,000 a month.

One57, as the building is better known, is home to other fashion financiers, including Canada’s Lawrence Stroll and his business partner, Hong Kong’s Silas Chou who bought separate homes in the building in 2012.
