Town Residential founder and CEO Andrew Heiberger is living in a Tribeca loft rental that was asking $27,500 a month.

It’s in star-studded 155 Franklin St., so Heiberger’s neighbors include Taylor Swift — who has relocated to a carriage house at 23 Cornelia St. with an indoor pool that was last asking $39,500 a month.

That move is temporary while renovations to her two units at 155 Franklin, which she bought from Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson for nearly $20 million in 2014, continue. Orlando Bloom also once lived in the building.

This month, Heiberger also sold his townhouse at 161 E. 63rd St. for $11.75 million, as The Real Deal first reported. The 6,375-square-foot, Neo-Greco/Italianate-style property comes with six bedrooms and 1,750 square feet of outdoor space.

Built in 1870, the renovated home, with classically modern interiors, features herringbone wood floors, crown moldings, seven fireplaces, double doors that lead from the dining room to a landscaped rear garden, a full-floor master suite with a private terrace and a basement with a gym and “a fully outfitted, thermostatically controlled wine cave,” and a recreation area, according to the listing.

The buyer is Eric Adjmi, of the Adjmi Apparel Group. (Heiberger bought it in 2004 for $8.15 million.) In 2014, Heiberger sold his stately 10-bedroom beach mansion, at 11 Fordune Court in Southampton, for $15.75 million. That 15,000-square-foot home, on 2.56 acres, came with deeded ocean access.
