Donna and Hayward Pressman have sold their townhouse at 235 E. 72nd St. for $10.1 million — far above its $9.5 million asking price.

The buyer is Miki Naftali’s Naftali Group, which, we hear, is buying up an assemblage on the street.

The townhouse was the subject of a bidding war.

Toll Brothers also wants to create something big on the block. Jaf Glazer, managing director of Conquest Advisors, who advised both parties on the sale, declined to comment.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse is 5,250 square feet.

The Pressmans bought it for $745,000 back in 1996.
