Screenwriter Alec Sokolow — who co-wrote “Toy Story,” the first computer-generated animated film — has dropped the price of his Sagaponack home to $1.49 million.
The home, at 38 East Woods Path, was on the market for $1.9 million last year. Sokolow bought it for $1.42 million in 2008.
The rustic four-bedroom, 3½ bathroom home features a deep wraparound porch and sits on 2.1 acres.
Built in 2002, it features a pool, a pool house and a large barn with a separate apartment.
It’s surrounded by mature trees and Hamptons-style hydrangeas.
The home’s third floor landing opens to a roof deck that overlooks the property.
The listing broker is Amadeus Ehrhardt, of Compass.
