There’s no shortage of things to keep residents busy at The Laurel, a 128-unit condo building at 400 E 67th St. The development features common amenities like a screening room, a children’s playroom and a game room with a pool table, a foosball table and a number of classic arcade games. The fitness areas are even more stacked, with a full weight room, a 50-foot lap pool, a resistance pool and all manner of cardio equipment. There’s even a set of facilities for residents training for a triathlon. (The Laurel, if you recall, made a great show of targeting New York’s burgeoning triathelete demographic.)
Recently, we here at NYP Home were invited to take a tour of the building’s facilities and try them out. Here are our findings, in video form.
