Tristan Thompson has officially sold his lakeside Cleveland home after slashing $750,000 on the initial asking price.
First listed back in December, the NBA player was hoping to score $3.25 million for his five-bedroom, six-bathroom abode.
Instead, he sold the home on April 1 for $2.5 million, property records show. That still leaves him with a considerable profit of $600,000.
Last month, his girlfriend Khloé Kardashian gave a tour of the homeas they were packing up their belongings. The couple shares 3-year-old daughter, True.
The newly signed Celtics player, 30, first bought the home – located in the upscale Bratenahl neighborhood — for $1.9 million back in 2015 while he was with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“I will miss this view so much,” Kardashian added while showing the balcony and its water views. “There’s literally nothing like it.”
The three-floor waterfront home boasts walls of glass for unobstructed lake views. The third floor features a guest suite with an office.
