A home owned by the Trump Organization — and adjacent to President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago — is on the market as a $1.47 million per year rental, with “47” referencing the 47th president.
That’s less than the cost of Mar-a-Lago’s rumored $2 million initiation fee — and that’s if you can get in, as there is currently a steep waitlist, sources said.
The home, built in 1974, is at 124 Woodbridge Road in Palm Beach, bordering Mar-a-Lago, across from 1125 S. Ocean Blvd, another home owned by the president.
