The president and CEO of A&E Networks, Nancy Dubuc Kizilbash, and her husband, Michael Rashid Kizilbash, have sold their 4,200-square-foot townhouse at 153 W. 82nd St., by the Museum of Natural History, for $9.4 million.

The couple bought the turn-of-the-century home for $3.2 million in 2010.

The buyers are Daniel and Hillary Wallace, who were in the market for a new home.

In July, the Wallaces sold their Greenwich Village duplex, once owned by Mary-Louise Parker — who had installed a goth dollhouse and a mural with an octopus holding hot dogs — at 32 Washington Square West for $7.51 million to funnyman Seth Meyers and his wife, Alexi.

The listing broker for 153 W. 82nd St. was Halstead’s Richard Orenstein.
