Sela Ward — the former “CSI: NY” lead who will be co-starring in the new CBS series “FBI” this fall — has been house hunting on the Upper East Side.
The Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning actress, married to entrepreneur Howard Sherman, recently eyed a three-bedroom co-op at 130 E. 67th St.
The third-floor unit is asking $3.89 million and comes with a monthly maintenance payment of $4,320.
Actress Sela WardGetty ImagesThe gut-renovated home starts with an entry foyer with wide-plank, white oak herringbone floors, crown moldings and beamed ceilings more than 9 feet high. There’s also an eat-in kitchen with a farmhouse-style sink and marble counters, a dining room that can fit 12 and a living room with a woodburning fireplace that overlooks a planted terrace.
The apartment additionally includes bedrooms with California closets and a master bathroom with an oversize shower, as well as one other full bathroom and a powder room. It’s all located within a landmarked Italian palazzo-inspired building that dates to 1908.
