A former hedge fund manager reportedly unloaded his Upper East Side home for close to $80 million — the most expensive price ever paid for a residential town house in the city.

Philip Falcone sold the double-wide townhouse on East 67th Street between Madison and Fifth avenues, which he bought for $49 million in 2008, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The property, once owned by Penthouse magazine founder Bob Guccione, features a pool and movie theater.

The building is one of two Falcone and his wife own on the street. The smaller of their houses is still up for sale, with an asking price of $29.5 million, according to the Journal.
