Steve Newman, who appeared on the CBS show “Undercover Boss” when he was CEO of Loehmann’s, is listing his Delray Beach, Fla. home for $8.59 million.

A veteran of the fashion industry, Newman has also held top jobs at Eddie Bauer, Brooks Brothers, Gap and Ann Taylor.

The six-bedroom residence, at 16091 Quiet Vista Circle in the Stone Creek Ranch community, comes with a movie theater, a wine cellar, a game room, a gym and a seven-car garage.

There’s also a two-bedroom guest house on the property, which spans 2.5 acres.
