Pizza bartering maestro Gabriele Lamonaca, founder and owner of Unregular Pizza, just made his biggest trade to date.
Know for serving NYC’s most exclusive pies, which are only available via barter, Lamonaca recently made a deal with reality TV broker Ryan Serhant to enjoy a cocktail party at the penthouse duplex at 145 Central Park North. That Harlem skypad is currently on the market for $4.75 million and comes with its own private roof terrace.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is 1,757 square feet and boasts direct park views — all in a 13-story building completed this year.
The condo features white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace, along with an open living room/dining room and a chef’s kitchen.
There’s also a 170-square-foot balcony, a 131-square-foot terrace and a 400-square-foot private rooftop with a hot tub.
Building amenities include a children’s playroom, gym, lounge and common roof deck with views of the park and the city skyline.
The listing brokers are Serhant’s Ryan Serhant, Mike Fabbri, Ashley Brooke and Jennifer Alese.
The Post reported that Lamonaca, 30, gets five to 10 requests for his Roman-style pies every day through his site, UnregularPizza.com, but only has enough capacity in his Harlem apartment’s kitchen to turn out three or four per week.
