Beach mansion 80 Further Lane in East Hampton, once the biggest foreclosure in the Hamptons with a reported $10.5 million owed on its mortgage, is back on the market.

The price tag for the nine-bedroom, 11-bathroom pad? $14.59 million.

It had sold at auction for $12.35 million in 2015, a steal compared to neighboring property 60 Further Lane, which sold in 2014 for a national record of $147 million to hedge fund activist investor Barry Rosenstein.

Former owners of #80, David and Gia Walsh, lived there for free for over a year until they were forced out after the auction.

The 8,900-square-foot pad sits on 1.83 landscaped acres with formal gardens and a pool.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Christopher Stewart.
