This is a different kind of flip.

President and CEO of USA Gymnastics, Li Li Leung, and her husband, Christopher Smits, are listing their Central Park South home in New York City for $1.25 million — down slightly from its $1.29 million ask in June.

They bought the one-bedroom residence, which is at the Southmoor House condop at 230 Central Park South, in 2015 for $1.23 million — slightly over its $1.1 million ask, following a bidding war.

The same year, Leung and Smits had returned to the United States after living abroad for around 10 years, where Leung’s accomplishments while working for Zhou Marketing, for a time, included helping the NBA establish itself in China.

As president and CEO of USA Gymnastics, Leung coordinated a settlement with its sexual abuse victims. She also created an all-female executive team, according to reports, and led the scandal-plagued company out of bankruptcy. In 2019, she was an NBA exec when she left to become president and CEO of USA Gymnastics.

Leung is also a former gymnast. She was 7 when she started in the sport.

Leung says she bought this residence for its convenient location near work, when she was with the NBA. And now, with her role in the gymnastics world, she finds herself traveling often.

“I am unable to use the space as much, but know that a future buyer will love the iconic location and beautiful interiors as much as I did,” she said.

The apartment is around 800 square feet, and comes with high ceilings and an oversize open living and dining area.

The well-lit, fourth-floor space features floor-to-ceiling windows, and the king-sized bedroom comes with a large walk-in closet.

Details include beamed ceilings, along with an updated bathroom, a windowed kitchen, finished floors and new lighting.

The 17-story Art Deco building, which dates to 1937, comes with 66 units, according to StreetEasy. Building amenities include a doorman, a gym, a laundry room and a bike room.

The listing broker is McKenzie Ryan of Douglas Elliman.
