Actor Chris Lowell — whose credits include roles in “Veronica Mars,” “Private Practice” and “The Help” — has listed his Greenwich Village co-op for $1.19 million, sources tell The Post.

Located at 67 E. 11th St. in a cast-iron building, this third-floor two-bedroom, one-bathroom pad stands tall with 16-foot ceilings. And it shines bright with southeastern exposures through arched windows that look out to Grace Church.

Additional features include exposed brick walls, a functional fireplace and some spiffy-looking Corinthian columns. There are also new appliances, granite counters and oak cabinetry in the kitchen.

There’s a flexible office/bedroom space on the main floor, plus a full-height sleeping loft with walk-in closet located above.

Lowell, who declined comment through a representative, stands to make a nice profit if the apartment sells for ask. He purchased it for $810,000 in 2012, property records show.

Corcoran Group’s Maura and Robert Geils have this listing. The brokerage declined to comment.
