Vice Media co-founder and former CEO Shane Smith has sold his Tribeca loft for $5.35 million, according to city property records filed Monday.

Smith (and his wife Tamyka Smith) first put the four-bedroom unit at 20 Desbrosses St. on the market for $5.85 million in September 2018.

The 3,200-square-foot duplex features classic New York details, including exposed brick, beamed ceilings, columns and wide-plank oak floors.

There’s also a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a separate dining area and a two-person soaking tub in the master bedroom suite.

The buyers are Scott McDavid and Maegan Hinton, according to property records.

The listing brokers were Corcoran’s Glenn Schiller and Tiffany Gangaram.
