Vice President JD Vance has just sold Washington, DC-area residence, pocketing a cool $172,025 over its asking price, property records obtained by The Post show.

The deal for the Alexandria, Virginia abode closed on March 14, with the final sale price clocking in at $1.86 million.

Made up of five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the dwelling spent very little time for sale. It listed on Feb. 27 for $1.69 million. A buyer swooped in by March 3, sealing the deal in less than a week.

The 40-year-old veep and his wife, Usha, purchased the 2,530-square-foot Del Ray domicile in February 2023 for $1.63 million, coinciding with his debut as Ohio’s US Senator.

The 1925-built farmhouse fuses vintage flair with fresh upgrades — boasting custom built-ins, a welcoming front porch and an open family room with a woodburning fireplace, according to the listing. The ground floor also sports a sleek kitchen with a pantry, a dining area, a half bath and ample storage.

Upstairs, the luxe primary suite has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, an attached office and a revamped bathroom — alongside three more bedrooms, laundry and a floored attic.

The property’s exterior has a paved driveway to a custom garage and a hardscaped backyard linked to Judy Lowe Community Park. A standalone accessory unit ups the ante with a kitchenette, another fireplace, a full bath with heated floors and extra storage.

Vance and his family have since relocated to the vice presidential digs at Number One Observatory Circle. They also maintain their primary Ohio home in Cincinnati, which they bought in 2018.
