Lindsay Ellingson, a Victoria’s Secret Angel, and her husband Sean Clayton, snagged a pad in Williamsburg’s landmarked Austin Nichols House at 184 Kent Ave. for $1.4 million. It was asking $1.57 million.

Ellingson — who has also modeled for Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Proenza Schouler, Valentino and Christian Dior — and Clayton have lived in Williamsburg for some time and wanted to stay.

Their new two-bedroom home comes with partial views of the skyline and the East River. The unit has nearly 12-foot loft ceilings, tobacco-smoked herringbone floors, and an open living/dining/kitchen area.

Designed by Cass Gilbert in 1915, the building was later used as a bourbon distillery. More recently, its rentals were converted to condos by architect Morris Adjmi.

Building amenities include a gym, a children’s playroom, a landscaped courtyard, a roof deck, a residents’ lounge, co-working spaces and a Zen garden with a fire pit.

The listing brokers were Ryan Serhant, Morgan Levitt, Bianca D’Alessio, Christian Haag and Michael Bethoney of Nest Seekers International.
