The Alchemy stay, as described in its Airbnb listing, fits a queen-size bed, a fold-out futon for the kids and a firepit. The Sanctuary Treehouse, meanwhile, is perched up high with tree trunks as stilts, with images showing wooden interiors and terraces that look to postcard views of the mountains.

Earth & Sky Dwellings stands out for its fantastically themed units and meticulous attention to detail.

This investment opportunity invites individuals to join a community that values imagination and craftsmanship, providing well-appointed kitchens, cozy living spaces and private sanctuaries that seamlessly blend into the picturesque mountainous surroundings, according to the listing.

This property is listed for sale by Tyler Coon and Savvy STR Agents and brokered by eXp Realty.

“We just threw a large broker open for this event; we had brokers drive in from as far as Gatlinburg [Tennessee] and investors fly in from out of the country just to attend,” Coon told The Post. “It is the only day every single unit was available to be shown at once.”

“Earth & Sky Dwellings was created for our guests to experience truly otherworldly vacation stays. We want the next investors to be more successful than us and that person or group of people needs to have the passion to see that magic grow,” the owners Mike and Caroline Parrish told The Post in an email.

“They would ideally take over the estate to finish the remaining units under construction. We’ve started this remarkable project, but it’s time for us to hand it off to the next owner that’s going to take it to the next level.”
