Hip photographer David Roemer, whose photos have appeared in international editions of Vogue, has just bought a three-bedroom unit at The Williamsberry, a former factory at 338 Berry St. in Williamsburg.

Asking $1.99 million, it was designed by Paris Forino.

The listing brokers are Jessica Peters, Stephanie O’Brien and John Gomes, of Douglas Elliman.
