Edward Pressman, who famously produced the 1987 film “Wall Street” (as well as more than 80 others), is putting his Upper East Side penthouse on the market for $9.75 million.

The late Sylvia Miles, who passed away this month, played Charlie Sheen’s real estate broker Dolores in the film and its 2010 sequel, “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.”

Pressman’s wife, Annie McEnroe, also had roles in both movies.

The property, at 21 E. 90th St., has four bedrooms, 4 ¹/₂ bathrooms, two fireplaces, a terrace and “crazy” views of Central Park and the reservoir.

Inside the duplex, there are ceilings nearly 10 feet high, a living room with park views and an eat-in kitchen.

Some of the unit’s eight rooms are flexible, so the number of bedrooms could be increased.

The listing brokers are Wendy Sarasohn and Jamie Joseph of Brown Harris Stevens.
