Philanthropist Jane Rivkin has slashed the price of her Amagansett manse.

The 1909-built traditional, at 90 Indian Wells Highway, first went on the market for $18 million in January 2017 but is now asking just $11.5 million with a new broker: Randi Ball, of the Corcoran Group. The property backs up to Lorne Michaels’ estate on Further Lane.

Other celebrity neighbors include Scarlett Johansson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Alec Baldwin and Paul McCartney. Rivkin (who formerly owned Kitchen Classics tabletop shops in the Hamptons) is the widow of financial strategist and TV pundit Jack Rivkin, the former CEO of Altegris investment firm.

The couple bought the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home for $6.5 million in 2010 from Tahitian “Pearl King” Salvador Assael.
