Woof, woof! Pet entrepreneur Allen Simon invented the so-called Wee-Wee Pad.

Now he’s slashed close to $13 million off his own palatial pad, which is on the market for $27 million — down from its original asking price of $39.9 million in 2019. The sixth-floor Central Park spread is at 838 Fifth Ave. and 65th Street.

It’s in a former 11-story office building that dates to 1950 and was converted to just nine condo units in 2000.

Back then, Simon and his wife Cynthia bought the full-floor, five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence for $10.8 million in 2000.

At the time it was just raw space. Simon got his start working in a Brooklyn pet store, then launched Four Paws in 1970.

Today, he’s CEO of PetProducts.com and has manufactured and invented more than 200 pet products, including the Wee-Wee Pad and the Allen pooper scooper.

At 5,427 square feet, the sprawling, 10-room residence opens to a private elevator landing and a 45-foot corner room overlooking Central Park, along with a living room fronting Fifth Avenue with lots of windows, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace.

The sale also includes a large private staff room with a full bath and kitchenette on the lobby level, along with two storage bins off the lobby and two wine cellars. Building amenities include a gym.

The lobby, built by Jack Beyer, of Beyer Blinder Belle, was designed with a sitting area, antique furnishings and a fireplace. The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s CB Whyte.
