Carol Lawrence, who starred as Maria in the original 1957 Broadway production of “West Side Story,” has finally gotten her own West Side co-op into contract.
The studio apartment, at 304 W. 75th St., has floundered on the market for over a year with a variety of brokerages, StreetEasy shows.
