Carol Lawrence, who starred as Maria in the original 1957 Broadway production of “West Side Story,” has finally gotten her own West Side co-op into contract.

The studio apartment, at 304 W. 75th St., has floundered on the market for over a year with a variety of brokerages, StreetEasy shows.

Most recently, the apartment asked $349,000. Lawrence, best known for musical theater, also worked as a soap opera star, co-wrote her autobiography, and penned a bestselling cookbook, “I Remember Pasta.”

Her 15th-floor, 400-square-foot unit may have brick wall views, but it comes with lots of history — prewar details include beamed ceilings, original picture moldings and hardwood floors.

Building amenities include a doorman, gym, bike storage, laundry and a landscaped garden.
