CBS may have cancelled “Battle Creek,” from “Breaking Bad’s” Vince Gilligan earlier this month, but its star, Dean Winters, has come a long way from boyfriend roles on “Sex and the City” and “30 Rock.”

He was been spotted house hunting in NYC, where he checked out a $4.895 million penthouse at 100 Norfolk St. on the Lower East Side.

He also toured a $3 million two-bedroom duplex. Listing brokers for both are Douglas Elliman’s Ariel Tirosh and Jacob Franco.
