It’s a slam dunk for WNBA star Candace Parker, who’s in contract to buy a 490-square-foot studio at E11even Hotel & Residences in downtown Miami, which is slated to break ground this year and open in 2023.
The asking price was around $490,000, sources say.
Other buyers include names in the sports world, such as UFC martial arts fighter Luke Rockhold, who is in contract to buy a 617-square-foot one-bedroom condo — and ESPN TV anchor Sage Steele, who is in contract to buy a 378-square-foot residence.
The 65-story building, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by AvroKO Hospitality Group & Studio Ramirez, bills itself as a “Vegas-style” retreat.

Building amenities will include a Deepak Chopra-branded luxury wellness center; a 20,000-square-foot day club with pools and entertainment stages — plus a “five-star” gourmet food hall, an 8,000-square-foot “casino-style” sports lounge and a private beach club.
