Here’s the skinny on the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere, 432 Park Ave.
The DOB rescinded its stop work order, which came last week following the crash of a pipe from the 81st floor to the street.
And although developer Harry Macklowe is keeping hush-hush on who is purchasing in the building, we can shed some light on the buyers.
While it’s been widely reported that Howard Lorber bought a half-floor unit in the building, we can reveal that it’s on the 67th floor and is valued at around $30 million.
Lorber’s partner, Bennett LeBow, also bought a half-floor unit — his is on the 64th floor and measures 4,100 square feet.
