After selling his $6.25 million Chelsea penthouse for a $3.95 million beauty on Dean Street in Boerum Hill in 2013, there’s a new townhouse on the market nearby — though buyers be warned, you might want to keep your nannies away from your new neighbor.

The 20-foot-wide, 2,880-square-foot townhouse, at 233 Bergen St., is currently configured as a two-family home but will be delivered vacant.

It’s asking $3.74 million and comes with six bedrooms, four bathrooms and three woodburning fireplaces — along with a private deck and backyard.

The home can be expanded by 1,120 square feet. The listing brokers are Town Residential’s Jill Camac and Brett Buehler.
