A Venice compound once owned by the Canadian comedian and YouTuber Cody Ko has listed for $4.39 million.
The content creator, whose full name is Cody Michael Kolodziejzyk, is also currently listing Reese Witherspoon’s former Malibu farm for $9.2 million. Ko and his wife, fellow content creator Kelsey Kreppel, bought the farm for $7.7 million in 2023.
Built in 2005, the offering features a main house and a guest house, which Ko converted into a studio space, and it’s where he recorded some of his podcasts. The couple sold the home for $4.3 million in 2023, when they relocated to Malibu.
