“Girls” star Zosia Mamet and her husband, actor Evan Jonigkeit, are listing their Upper West Side home for $1.29 million.

The couple — who has said they love the Upper West Side — paid $1.22 million for it in 2015. (It was previously listed as a $5,000-a-month rental last year.)

The two-bedroom, one-bathroom prewar unit is on the first floor of The Crestwood at 522 West End Ave., a classic Rosario Candela-designed building that dates to 1923.

At 1,100 square feet, the home is like a “charming cottage” on the main floor of a co-op, the listing notes.

The apartment features restored hardwood floors, original wainscotting, high ceilings and lots of light.

A foyer opens to a loft-like living space between the two bedrooms with plenty of wall space to hang art.

There’s also a windowed dining room that can seat eight people or double as a family room.

The bedrooms overlook a back garden, and the master bedroom comes with four closets.

The windowed bathroom has been updated and marbled.

The unit is the only one with direct access to the building’s shared 75-foot-long rear garden.

The listing broker is Colin Montgomery of Sotheby’s International Realty.
