An Amazon exec has revealed the retailer’s current must-haves, offering a peek inside what millions of Americans are actually adding to cart. The list spans everything from hydration hacks to viral skincare.

“Amazon’s bestsellers vary by category, but some consistent top sellers include Owala FreeSip — popular for its durable and convenient design — and Needoh, a rising toy that’s become a favorite fidget for both kids and adults; many people on my team use them,” Carmen Nestares, vice president of North America Prime and marketing tech at Amazon, exclusively told the New York Post.

The Owala FreeSip Water Bottle has become something of a cult favorite online, thanks to its dual-sip design that lets users either chug or sip through a built-in straw. It’s the kind of everyday essential that quietly dominates sales charts, especially when marked down.

Meanwhile, the NeeDoh Stress Ball is having a major moment, with shoppers of all ages scooping up the squishy stress reliever that’s gone viral on social media and even infiltrated office desks.

But it’s not just practical buys and playful gadgets driving carts — beauty is booming in a big way, particularly in the K-beauty space.

“In beauty, K-beauty is growing three times faster than our average beauty category in Amazon U.S. stores, and we are excited about our brand offering for customers,” Nestares explained.

Among the standout brands is medicube, which has surged to bestseller status with its high-tech skincare devices and targeted treatments. “I personally use its Pink Peptide Serum with Salmon DNA daily,” Nestares revealed, pointing to the product’s growing fanbase among skincare devotees chasing that glass-skin glow.

Another top performer is Biodance, best known for its innovative collagen masks that are anything but your average sheet mask.

“I use them weekly and love that the mask itself is essentially the serum and dissolves completely into the skin, so the hydration lasts much longer than traditional sheet masks,” Nestares added.
