There isn’t mush-room for debate.

As the market for functional drinks and mushroom supplements grows, Everyday Dose remains a leader in the space. While other top brands like Four Sigmatic, Laird Superfood and Ryze offer their own formulas, Everyday Dose gets a few things right — some things other brands miss, in my opinion.

I’ve been writing about health and wellness products for nearly three years, and I’ve tried plenty of buzzy supplements and nutrient-packed beverages. It’s not often that I find a health drink that I’ll sip more than once (or at best, a few times).

Usually I find that the flavor just isn’t all the way there.

But, as someone who has personally put the Everyday Dose Coffee + formula to the test, I can confirm that I canactually taste the difference. It’s smooth, creamy, earthy and just a touch chocoletey; quite rich and satisfying as a quick pick-me-up. But, it’s not just the unique flavor profile that got me hooked.

The popular mushroom coffee, which is designed to boost energy, improve mental clarity and support gut health currently retails at $45 a pouch. It’s not exactly cheap, but arguably, it’s leading the category in terms of sourcing, ingredients and testing. And, today, shoppers can grab it on sale for 35% off at just $29.

Everyday Dose incorporates two popular fruiting body mushrooms, Lion’s Mane and Chaga, at functional doses. Lion’s Mane is know for it’s cognitivie benefits, while Chaga has shown to help provide antixoidant and immune support.

The brand beleives that combining the two funghi species provides wider-ranging results for users, and I’ve felt some of them myself.

Everyday Dose Coffee Plus Benefits

After a couple of weeks of drinking Coffee+ and Matcha+, I noticed a shift. While the 45 mg of caffeine in Coffee+ provided a subtle energy boost, I also felt more balanced and — perhaps — less stressed. It’s a steadier, clearer and more focused kind of energy.

Other reviewers seems to agree with that charecterization.

“As a mom of three littles under three I need my coffee,” one Everyday Dose fan shared. “I was feeling so guilty drinking conventional coffee and still crashing midday. This coffee is not only delicious… I love how it makes me feel. I’m more focused and I have sustainable energy throughout the day.”

Of course, where the mushrooms come from matters, too. Unlike other top brands that use “full-spectrum” mushrooms (which often include fillers), Everyday Dose uses 100% fruiting bodies. These are believed to contain higher concentrations of active beta-glucans, making the formula more potent.

Very few competitors go beyond the mushrooms themselves, but Coffee + also includes two ingredients that close competitors lack: grass-fed Collagen Peptides for hair skin and nail benefits, plus L-theanine for stress and sleep support. In that sense, you’re getting internal and external support.

Everyday Dose is third-party tested for heavy metals, mycotoxins, allergens, and molds and publishes a full Certificate of Analysis on it’s site. Other brands, such as Ryze, don’t currently publish third-party lab results online. If that kinds of transparency is a high priority, then Everyday Dose is an easy choice.
