With heavy wind gusts projected to reach 60 mph this afternoon – the same conditions that forced Aqueduct to cancel after three races last Saturday – the Big A will not conduct live racing today. The track and the Belmont Cafe will be open for simulcasting, and NYRA Rewards will take phone and internet bets.
