Due to extreme cold, Friday’s live racing card at Aqueduct has been canceled. This is the second straight day that frigid temperatures have caused a cancellation.

Aqueduct and the Belmont Cafe will remain open for simulcasting, and NYRA Rewards phone and internet wagering is available.

Only 60 horses were entered for Friday’s races at Aqueduct, the lowest total in memory. With warmer weather on the way, the track is expected hold racing again on Saturday.
