St. Raymond got back on the winning track heading into this weekend’s SNY Invitational.
Kerwin Okoro had 15 points, 14 rebounds, seven blocks and six assists to lead St. Ray’s to a 64-49 victory over Fordham Prep in CHSAA Class AA boys basketball Tuesday night in The Bronx. The Ravens (10-7, 6-3 ‘AA’) had lost three straight league games coming in.
Shane Rector had 16 points and six rebounds and Daniel Dingle had 15 points for St. Ray’s, which meets Cardozo at 6 p.m. Friday in the SNY Invitational semifinals at LIU. The winner of that game meets the Thomas Jefferson-St. Anthony (N.J.) winner Saturday at 4 p.m.
Fordham Prep (3-11, 0-7) hosts Mount St. Michael at 7:15 p.m. Friday night.
Christ the King 80, St. Francis Prep 58: Omar Calhoun had 27 points and Isaiah Lewis and Jordan Fuchs added 10 points apiece for Christ the King (12-6, 6-1 ‘AA’). Darren Cordero led St. Francis Prep (7-10, 1-5) with 26 points and Michael Fields chipped in eight points.

Calhoun 64, Browning 36: Zuri Pavlin had 29 points, 14 rebounds, six blocks, five steals and five assists, Max Tabatsky had 11 points and Sam Ohiomah added 10 for Calhoun (7-8, 2-2), which has won four straight and faces league rival Trevor Day Friday at 7 p.m. Browning visits Columbia Prep Monday at 4 p.m.

WHEELS 62, Columbia Prep 51: Tyshawn Myles had 20 points and 20 rebounds and Eulogio Medina had 19 points, 11 assists and 6 rebounds for WHEELS (13-2), which faces LaGuardia Monday at 4:30 p.m. Brian Lissak scored 10 points for Columbia Prep (12-3), which had won six games in a row. The Lions visit Loyola Friday at 7 p.m.
