It’s all coming full circle for Joe Buck and Brooks Koepka’s girlfriend.
A year removed from last year’s snafu at the end of the US Open, in which the Fox commentator misidentified Koepka’s current flame, Jena Sims, as ex Becky Edwards, Buck finally met Sims in person last week. A day before play began in the PGA Championship at Bellerive, Buck poked fun at the infamous gaffe on social media following their encounter.

It was a good start to what became a great weekend for Sims, as Koepka shot 16-under to hold off Tiger Woods and win the major.
Buck already had corrected his mistake, identifying Sims, 29, correctly in June after Koepka, 28, captured his second straight US Open victory.
“Now, he and Jena again celebrate the US Open championship,” Buck said at the time, according to For the Win.
Sims has since forgiven him.
“Of course,” she previously told USA Today Sports. “He clarified my name this week, so I appreciate it. But I didn’t really care…”
