Christ the King senior Corey Edwards has made a verbal commitment to George Mason University Sunday morning after taking his official visit to the CAA school this weekend, according to Royals coach Joe Arbitello.

Edwards, a 5-foot-10, 170-pound pure point guard who was also considering UNLV, Hofstra and Fordham, dislocated his left foot three days before last year’s CHSAA Class AA intersectional semifinals. He was a second-team All-City selection by The Post a year ago.
