SARATOGA SPRINGS – Under a patient ride by Pat Day, Comic Strip took the lead in midstretch and drew off to a 2 length victory in the Grade III $150,000 Fourstardave Stakes over Divide and Conquer. It was another length back to early pacesetter Bomfim in third.

Trained by Neil Howard, Comic Strip ran the 1 1/16 miles on the Saratoga turf rated as soft in 1:41 3/5. He paid $14 to win.
