Conor McGregor is on the prowl.

Ahead of Saturday’s UFC 264 pay-per-view in Las Vegas, McGregor left his opponent, Dustin Poirier a creepy voice message on Twitter.

“Dustin,” McGregor muttered in the cryptic message posted on his Twitter account. “Peahead. I’m coming for you peahead. Silly hillbilly.”

This adds another layer to the pair’s feud entering their trilogy fight. Poirier recently noted that McGregor’s social media tactic only happened because the Irishman “reeks of insecurity.” McGregor promised that Poirier would pay for his words.

The 32-year-olds have a long history. McGregor was victorious when the pair first met at UFC 178 in 2014, but Poirier had the upper hand with a second-round TKO in January.

The voice message is a trip down memory lane, as “peahead” is the insult McGregor used prior to their first fight. The former featherweight and lightweight double champion is hoping for a similar outcome, as his psychological warfare has benefited him in his most well-known victories.
