LOWDOWN: Neko Bay, from the connections of the mighty Zenyatta (owners Jerry and Ann Moss, trainer John Shirreffs, jockey Mike Smith), rallied for third last out as the 2-1 favorite in the Grade 3 Native Diver at Hollywood Park. The 7-year-old is a horse for the course at Santa Anita, with four wins and two seconds from seven starts.
